Rental services are defined as introducing a tenant for a specific time for a specific apartment, under an agreed Rental Price. For this purpose the Manager will advertise the project and will contact third parties in the tourism industry to supply the tenant for the apartment. The Manager and the owner will agree a Rental Price and the Rental period.
We will also offer Rental of the Apartments with guarantees annual income. The Rental will exclude the time that the clients whish to use. This offer is optional.
Rental Management Services are defined as the following services:
- Signing the Short-Term lease agreements and keeping deposits from people who Rented the apartments
- Cleaning the apartements
- Laundry and washing
- Keeping inventory list for each apartment
- Making sure there is all in order during Rental period
- Setting the minimum requirement such as white goods, furniture etc. for rental services.
