As part of our service which will ensure the value of the apartments is maintained and taken care of we will provide a Maintenance Contract for the site which will include the following:
- Pool maintenence
- Pool safety
- Landscaping and maintenence of plants and gardens
- Paying bills (electricity, water etc..)
- Site access control and security
- Cleaning and upkeep of the site
- Painting of the buildings every 4 years
- Periodical checks of the apartments to make sure everything is in order
- Arranging internal repair as necessary
- Arrange building (compulsory) and contents insurance
- Laundry/Ironing service (according to a separate price list)
- Arrange airport transfers/Car hire and Hotels etc.
- Provide information regarding Doctors,Dentists, Schools, Shoping, Restaurants and Sightseeing etc..

Our Maintenance package will keep the site, the pool area and the actual buildings as new for many years to come. We will make sure the site is safe and secure and accessible only for the residence. We will also make sure every apartment is insured and as such forms a part of the general building insurance.
